		Roland Nyns CEO Biloko (European E-learning Consultants) Roland has studied computational linguistics in Munich and Freiburg (Germany), Stanford (USA), Brussels (Belgium) and holds a PhD from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles. He has taught at universities in Brussels, Mons and Lille and worked for S.W.I.F.T. (Education Department) in the area of computer assisted learning.
