Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physical Engineering in 1972. Took the doctor degree in mathematics in 1975. Specialist in management theory and non-linear dynamic systems optimization.

For the last 12 years engaged in software learning programs and distant learning systems development.

The author of more than 150 scientific publications, the number of which have been translated to the other languages and published abroad.
