One of authors and managers of many regional and university projects in the framework of informational technologies: regional scientific and research network based on modern data communication technologies and perspective informational services, regional libraries informational network and informational systems for library automation, resource centers for IT in education and e-learning development. Manager of number grants from Russian and international foundation and government organization of these subjects. Since 1999 manager of Cisco Networking Academy project — one of the two first academies in Russia. At April 2004 CCNA/SC LA at USU was recognized as the best academy in Russia.
