Michalina is taking active role in promoting and developing learning solutions in the CER region. In this role, she is sharing IBM learning experiences and consulting clients from various industries on designing the optimal solutions tailored to their needs.

Michalina has been involved in the technology and education since the beginning of her career. As an e-learning consultant in IBM Poland Educational Center, she was responsible for developing the e-learning practice in Poland. She was responsible for designing and implementing e-learning projects in banks, industry and government organizations.

Previous to IBM, as an Industry Relations role, Michalina was working with business partners on implementing Internet services in Rogers Telecommunications and AT&T in Canada and as a Director of Interactive Customer Service implemented an internet customer service Kredyt Bank Pension fund (Poland).
